member, Nigel will outline how important it is for
printers to work together with paper merchants to
reduce supply chain costs and provide added value
for their customers in the face of rising paper prices
brought about by reduced raw material supplies.

Thomas will explain how UPM plans to derive
optimum value from renewable and recyclable
material and how this will affect its customer base.
Mark Cruise, Head of Print Management, BSkyB
Mark will set out how BSkyB works with its print
and paper suppliers to ensure that it can source
sustainable products and services that can also meet
exacting performance requirements and tough price
criteria. One of the first thing’s Mark did after joining
BSkyB after 12 years in the industry was to bring print
buying in-house.
