n Settled Status is for EU nationals who have
lived in the UK for five years
n Applications open to everyone from 21 January 2019
n The scheme will be fully operational from 30 March 2019
n Applicants must have arrived in the UK before 31
December 2020 if the UK leaves the EU with a deal
n Applicants must have arrived in the UK before 29 March
2019 if the UK leaves the EU with no deal
