The Leaders of the Future (LOTF) committee held a dynamic half-day conference prior to the Industry Recognition
Awards with 100 attendees logged in to hear industry leaders speculate what 2021 holds for the sector, and also discuss
their experiences of managing and leading their teams throughout the pandemic. With a focus on looking to the future
and safeguarding mental health over the coming months, debate and discussion was lively.
