                                  A few years ago if you had made a quick list of the
                                  products any office supplier needed to have in their
                                  inventory, our guess is that coffee, tea, or any other
                                  drink probably wouldn’t have been too near the top.

                                  But times are changing, and many of those
                                  conventional products probably aren’t as important
                                  as they once were. In such a climate, an office dealer
                                  needs to widen their offering to remain attractive to
                                  customers. Providing them with drinks seems just as
                                  sensible, as, say, providing them with janitorial
                                  material. A whole lot more refreshing.

                                  But what does any dealer first stepping into the drinks
                                  market need to know? How can they make sure that
                                  they can compete effectively with the high street cafe
                                  and the supermarket? How can they be sure they are
                                  actually providing the customer with what they want?
